The pool has a jacuzzi built in, from the outdoor bar we have a nice view of the swimming complex. Where there are natural shaded areas under the trees and a Barbecue area and a beautiful view of the surroundings.
The Bed and Breakfast is working and already has the necessary permits, and licenses issued by Junta de Andalucia. Thus, we find emergency lighting, fire extinguishers and all other legally required in this beautiful Bed and Breakfast. The garage has been converted into a large relaxation area where we find a large indoor BBQ, a cozy sitting area common kitchen, table tennis table, darts and the necessary paella pans to enjoy a cozy communal evening.
Supermarkets and stores bars and restaurants, we find in the Village of Cullar which is 4 kilometers from the BB. In just over an hour we are at the nearest airport Almeria. The regional capital is Baza which is a 15 minutes from the house. Granada is just under an hour away.
